What is aListEngine and how does it work?
aListEngine is AI cataloging software that analyzes your item photos and automatically generates professional titles, descriptions, and pricing. You review, edit, and export directly to the platform of your choice.
How does AI auction cataloging work?
Upload photos of your auction lots. Our AI identifies the item and writes a title, description, condition notes, and a suggested price, plus AI Insights with extra context. For items that need a closer look, higher analysis modes use more credits for deeper analysis and reasoning. You review and edit everything before it publishes.
Which auction platforms and marketplaces does aListEngine support?
aListEngine exports to HiBid, K-Bid, AuctionFlex, LiveAuctioneers, BidWrangler, Equip-Bid, EstateSales.NET, Shopify, and more. If you need another platform, let us know and we will do our best to add it by the next day or work with you on an export you can use.
How do AI credits work in aListEngine?
Each standard AI analysis uses one credit. Basic includes 200 credits/month, Pro 600, Business 1,400, Auction Standard 2,200, and Auction Plus 3,000. Need more than your plan includes? Top up any time, or contact us about a custom plan.
How do I sign up for aListEngine?
Create an organization, start a 14-day free trial, and begin cataloging right away. Once the organization is set up, you can invite team members into the same workspace.
Can multiple team members use aListEngine together?
Yes. Pro supports up to 5 team members, and Auction Standard and Auction Plus each support up to 10. All team plans share a credit pool and folder permissions across the organization. Basic is a solo plan. Contact us if you need more seats.
